This classic 1929 Spanish Colonial in the hills of Los Feliz is the home of Proem co-founder Marie Trohman and her family. 

As designers are often their own most challenging clients, assembling the right team of collaborators was essential to guiding the project and keeping the long renovation process on track. 

Spanning two years of construction, the extensive transformation included renovations to the existing three-story, 4,300 square foot residence, along with the addition of a new guest house, swimming pool, hardscape, and landscape. 

The design approach focused on honoring the character and architectural integrity of the original home while thoughtfully updating it for modern family life.
