Designed for Chamberlain Coffee’s first standalone café on Abbot Kinney, this project was conceived as an extension of the kitchen Proem designed for founder Emma Chamberlain’s home. 

Proem developed the layout, custom millwork, material palette, lighting plan, and furnishings tailored to café operations and customer flow. 

The existing space was fully transformed through a complete interior renovation focused on warmth, functionality, and material richness, resulting in a café that feels both intimate and distinctly branded
